Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start.
Do you charge per transaction or per donation?
No. NonprofitOS charges a flat monthly fee. Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply to online donations, but that is Stripe's fee — not ours.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be moved to the Starter (free) plan automatically. No data is lost. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to regain access to premium features.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
